RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All products are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Pet Pick'n'Mix will not offer a refund under any circumstances, unless the product is faulty or damaged. Proof of this will need to be provided.
If a product is faulty or damaged, you must contact Pet Pick'n'Mix immediately. You can do so via email at: petpicknmix@outlook.com.
Returns and refunds will not be considered if you do not contact Pet Pick'n'Mix within 7 days of receiving the product.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
Pet Pick'n'Mix reserves the right to consider each return on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund to orders under different circumstances as outlined above at our sole discretion.
